Sale items are final sale. No return or exchanges. We offer a 10 day Money Back Guarantee on almost all of the products we sell. If a piece of jewelry in custom made, altered, engraved, set, or worn, we cannot give a refund. It must be returned in the exact condition that it was received. Credit will be given to the same credit card that was used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days. Please call (954)424-2120 to obtain and RMA (Return Authorization Number) within 10 days. All documentation must be returned that was included with the packages in order for a complete credit to be issued.
Please be assured that your in-stock items will be shipped out within 2 business days of your purchase. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. All orders will be shipped with full insurance, and must be signed for by an adult. The carriers that we use are the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FEDEX and UPS deliveries occur Tuesday through Friday and if Saturday delivery is requested, and additional fee would apply.
